On the first Sunday of each month, our 10 a.m. worship places a special emphasis on children. Licensed volunteers lead them in their own story and craft time, and the children rejoin us in the church for Holy Communion. After the service, the children host the parish fellowship hour. At a single service, the children of the church present the Christmas story told through drama and song for our Liturgy of the Word, followed by the final Eucharist of the Advent season.

Familiar carols accompanied by the Rosales pipe organ, a reading of the biblical Nativity story, holy communion, and a closing candlelight singing of "Silent Night" make this one of the most beloved services of the year. Our 2027 Stations of the Cross art exhibit showcases local artists' contemporary interpretation of the traditional 14 "stations" or scenes of Christ's final journey to the Cross. In these stations, our artists explore the universal human experience of facing injustice, carrying heavy burdens, falling down, being helped by strangers, and ultimately finding renewal.  Meet the artists at this opening reception.

In a single service, we begin our Holy Week observance on the church patio waving palm branches in celebration of Jesus' triumphal entry in Jerusalem, then process into the church singing, where we re-enact his final hours through dramatic congregational gospel reading. (Patio/Sanctuary)

An intimate service recalling Jesus' final few hours with his closest friends where he knelt before them to wash their feet,  took bread and wine, gave thanks, blessed it, and gave it to them with the commandment to "do this in remembrance of me." (Sanctuary)

A deeply contemplative service of readings and prayers, followed by silent meditation on the mysteries of the Cross. The church will remain open until 3 PM for prayer, meditation, and viewing of the Stations of the Cross created by local artists. (Sanctuary)

The first service of Easter, where we kindle the Paschal Candle, hear the grand sweep of our salvation story, renew our baptismal vows with those entering into the sacrament of baptism, and celebrate with resounding double "alleluias" the resurrection of Christ and the great Eucharistic feast. In a single service, we celebrate "the birthday of the Church" in the descent of the Holy Spirit with a mighty wind, flaming tongues of fire, and the proclamation of Good News in many languages. We join those entering into the sacrament of baptism with the renewal of our baptismal vows. The altar hangings, vestments, and Father Bill's shoes will all be red, the liturgical color of the day.
